Bob Hamrick

Bob Hamrick is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, with decades of experience in real estate leadership. A Las Vegas market veteran, he has been licensed in real estate since the age of 17, earning his license before receiving his high school diploma. Since co-acquiring the company in 1998, Bob has helped build one of the nation’s top-performing Coldwell Banker affiliates, consistently ranked among the brand’s highest producers. Well known locally and nationally, he is a trusted market voice frequently quoted by national and regional media for his insight into housing trends and market performance.

An Entertainer personality type, Bob leads with unmatched energy, presence, and authenticity. He activates people. Whether coaching, presenting, or stepping on stage, he sets the tone and brings momentum into every room. As the creator and on-camera host of the widely followed Monthly Market Update video, Bob translates market data into clear, engaging insights that inform and motivate audiences across Southern Nevada and beyond. He personally coaches the company’s top 25 agents, challenging them to sharpen their skills, elevate their mindset, and stay ahead of the market.

Outside of his executive role, Bob is a devoted husband and father of three daughters, whom he considers his greatest accomplishment. He enjoys gardening, staying active, and cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights, and remains deeply committed to coaching, philanthropy, and community involvement alongside his wife, Molly, through the Hamrick Family Foundation.
