Molly K. Hamrick

Molly Hamrick is President and Chief Executive Officer of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty and Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier, bringing more than 35 years of real estate leadership experience. A Las Vegas native licensed in 1990, she began her career as a top-producing agent before she and her husband, Bob, acquired the company in 1998. Today, she oversees financial, operational, and legal functions across both organizations, driving sustained growth while maintaining a strong focus on performance, compliance, and long-term stability.

Known for her disciplined and principled leadership style, Molly is widely respected for building strong leadership teams and mentoring the next generation of professionals. She is the founder of Inside Molly’s Mastermind, a coaching group dedicated to developing confident and capable female leaders.

Molly is deeply engaged in civic leadership across Southern Nevada. She serves as Chairwoman of Southern Hills Hospital, sits on the Board of Directors of GenuBank where she chairs the Loan Committee, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance, where she also chairs the Policy Committee. She also serves on the Nevada REALTORS® Legislative Committee.
